FOOD PAIRING
The name Adamina is primarily a female name of Hebrew origin that means Of The Earth. This wonderful new Cabernet Sauvignon is crafted with high-quality grapes grown in historic winegrowing regions of Rutherford in Napa Valley. Full-bodied with a deep red hue, the personality of this wine comes to life the moment it hits the glass and paves the way for delicious characteristics of the famed “Rutherford Dust” fruit to shine as the profile expands.

92 POINTS - "To set the tone, the lofty aromas of ripe wild berries and dark fruits are interlaced with enchanting hints of forest floor, mullberry, nutmeg, vanilla, tobacco, and cedar. The pleasures continue to the palate, where the rich, concentrated flavors of dark cherry, ripe blackberry, fresh currants and black plum are enhanced with secondary notes of wild sage, chocolate, cinnamon, cardamom, roasted walnut and a light touch of fine French oak that, together, add more depth and layers of spice to the lenthy finish. To preserve these fresh, lively flavors, while still building the layers of elegance and complexity in each sip; the wine is masterfully balanced with the perfect combination of smooth texture, supple tannins, bright acidity, and firm structure. The result is a flavorful wine that is expressive, approachable and generous in its youth, with plenty of rich, bold flavors and backbone that will allow these strengths to shine through 2030." - Chris Sawyer
