How can I earn Final Case Wine credits?

You can earn FCW credits towards future purchases by inviting your friends. Invite a friend and they spend $120. You get $24 FCW credits & your friend receives $12 FWC credits. In addition if you are the lucky person to purchase any of the last 12 bottles of the "Today's Final Case" promotion you have a chance to score credits. So don't miss the Final Case! Unfortunately you cannot stack promo codes. One promo code per order.

Don't miss the final case?

That's right, for every "Today's Final Case" wine promotion each bottle of the Final Case sold includes a $10 FCW credit. For anyone who’s so determined or may be so blessed to secure the Final Case (12 bottles) loots the whole $120 for themselves.

How long to receive my order?

During the cool shipping season, your order is out for shipment in 1-3 business days. If your order isn't received in 12 business days, please contact us. In the warm/hot months we will hold your wine order until the temperatures have lowered to a safe shipping temperatures. Wine will usually not make the warm journey unscathed.

May I pick up my wine order?

Unfortunately not. We do not have storefront or call center to keep cost low and pass the savings on to you.

How do I return a defective product?

Please contact us. We strive to provide superior customer service.

May I request faster shipping methods?

Yes. We can offer Overnight Shipping and 2 day air. It's not inexpensive. Make request here.

What if the shipment is lost or damaged?

Our shipment services work with us to make things right. Just contact us.

What payment options do I have?

You can pay using VISA, MasterCard, and American Express. We will be adding more payment options in the near future.
