How can I earn Final Case Wine credits?
You can earn FCW credits towards future purchases by inviting your friends. Invite a friend and they spend $120. You get $24 FCW credits & your friend receives $12 FWC credits. In addition if you are the lucky person to purchase any of the last 12 bottles of the "Today's Final Case" promotion you have a chance to score credits. So don't miss the Final Case! That's right, for every "Today's Final Case" wine promotion each bottle of the Final Case sold includes a $10 FCW credit. For anyone who’s so determined or may be so blessed to secure the Final Case (12 bottles) loots the whole $120 for themselves.
How long to receive my order?
During the cool shipping season, your order is out for shipment in 1-3 business days. If your order isn't received in 12 business days, please contact us. In the warm/hot months we will hold your wine order until the temperatures have lowered to a safe shipping temperatures. Wine will usually not make the warm journey unscathed.
May I pick up my wine order?
Unfortunately not. We do not have storefront or call center to keep cost low and pass the savings on to you.
How do I return a defective product?

May I request faster shipping methods?
Yes. We can offer Overnight Shipping and 2 day air. It's not inexpensive. Make request here.
