Hand-harvested at night to preserve freshness, the grapes were gently whole-cluster pressed, with the juice fermented spontaneously in a selection of seasoned French and Hungarian oak barrels from revered cooperages like Damy, Francois Freres, and Taransaud. Three months of élevage have shaped a Rosé of remarkable texture and complexity. In the glass, it glows with a luminous pink-salmon hue, unfolding aromas of rose petals, hibiscus, and violets.
