TASTING NOTES
The winemaking team selected fruit from Coombsville and St. Helena AVAs to craft a powerful, penetrating, and balanced wine. The wine perfectly fuses the elegance and restrained power of Coombsville, with St. Helena structure and depth.

Alcohol: 14.5%
94 POINTS - "This is a great offering from the stellar 2018 vintage that is very food-friendly and approachable when young. Once the cork is popped, the wine opens up with alluring aromas of fresh picked berry, dark fruits, chocolate malt, tobacco, licorice, fresh sage, and a kiss of fine French oak. On the palate, the expressive flavors dark cherry, ripe raspberry, wild strawberry, fresh currants, mineral, and hint of allspice are balanced with bright acidity, smooth tannins, and a creamy, milk chocolate note that leads to a long elegant finish. Medium to full-bodied at first, this wine gets bigger as it opens in the glass. More importantly, it tastes delicious right out of the gate. Meaning, you don't have to decant it or patiently wait for it to develop in the cellar. Instead, it's a fine Cabernet Sauvignon that is charming, amiable, and ready to please." - Chris Sawyer

92 POINTS - "Plenty of savory aromas here with black olive, mushroom and oyster shell, layered with blackcurrant and tobacco leaf. It’s medium-to full-bodied with firm, sleek tannins. Structured and flavorful." - James Suckling
Dense and deep purple hue introduce this blockbuster. The nose is so intense with serious blackberry jam accents. It is lush and reveal expensive red fruit, ripe strawberry and a soft tannins core making the wine so juicy and memorable. The tannic sweetness continues toward the full body finish.
