91 POINTS - "The 2019 Cabernet Sauvignon (tasted as a barrel sample) is a blend of 76% Cabernet Sauvignon, 11% Cabernet Franc, 8% Petite Sirah, 3% Malbec and 1% Petit Verdot. Deep purple-black colored, it opens with a classic cassis and cedar nose, plus notions of pencil lead, mulberries and black raspberries, with a hint of camphor. Medium to full-bodied, it has compelling freshness and vibrancy in the mouth, framed by grainy tannins and finishing with a red berry lift. Drink 2023-2036." - Robert Parker Wine Advocate
Our Rutherford Cabernet Sauvignon is a wonderful expression of the classic Bordeaux varietal. Upon opening, striking aromas of black cherry and tobacco fill the nose and provide a gateway to the sophisticated palate. The palate is well balanced with succulent acidity, with flavors of fresh wild berries and subtle savory notes. Bold, round tannins and notes of toasted vanilla from the oak aging linger on the elegant finish.
