94 POINTS - "A dark red hue, the wine opens up with dazzling aromas of ripe red and blue fruits, vanilla, mineral, wild herbs, leather and cigar box. In the glass, the robust flavors ripe raspberry, dark cherry, cassis and fresh blueberry expand with nuances of lavender, sage, clove, blood orange peel, savory spices, and a noticeable hint of English Toffee leading to a long, persistent finish. Medium to full-bodied, it is a sophisticated wine with plenty of personality and style that sets it apart from all the rest." - Chris Sawyer
Our Equilibrium red blend is a rich, fruit forward, unique wine that's so easy to enjoy. Equilibrium means to come together in a state of harmonious balance. We brought together the juicy, ripe fruit flavors of Zinfandel, added some dark, peppery Petite Sirah, and complemented it with rich, soft, mouth-filling Malbec and Syrah. The combination is irresistible - so soft and luscious, it's hard to pull yourself away! A very round palate and abundance of vibrant fruit flavors enables it to pair beautifully with a range of foods, from spicy barbeque to burgers to salmon. Or have it on its own and savor the velvety mouthfeel.
