FOOD PAIRING
Named after the oldest stone bridge in Napa County constructed in 1894. This reserve-style Cabernet Sauvignon by Napa Bridge Vineyards is built to dazzle the senses by allowing more time for the flavors to develop and tannins to soften as wine slowly develops in a special selection of fine oak barrels.

92 POINTS - "Smooth, elegant, and complex. The broad profile of this wine opens with enticing notes of fresh- picked brambly berries, dark fruits and bittersweet chocolate nibs, interlaced with equally intriguing hints of dried lavender, pipe tobacco, roasted coffee beans, saddle leather, and hickory smoke. Bold and structured with fine-grained tannins. The full-bodied flavors of ripe blackberry, black raspberry, cassis, and blueberry are enhanced with oak-inspired nuances of clove, black pepper and graphite, leading to a long, rewarding finish." - Chris Sawyer
White cheddar, charcuterie, stuffed portabella mushrooms, fresh pasta with lamb meatballs, grilled steaks, wild boar ragu, and flourless chocolate cake.
